#WorkoutWednesday Tip of the day: Do Compound moves. To increase your calories burned during workouts, do more compound moves. Compound moves are lifts that use multiple muscle groups. Examples include squats, bent over row, bench press, shoulder press, lunges, deadlifts, and pull ups. These lifts require your body to move multiple muscles. NoteL there is nothing wrong with isolation movements, but try working those into the workout routine around your compound moves.
